Out of the 70s came the regurgitation known as Punk Rock: the resulting spew left over became known as New Wave (and it was pretty good). For Lesson 114 of the 101 Series we listen to part one of the music that started a decade and now fills the playlists of many oldies stations. But we reposition our safety pins firmly in our cheeks, dye our mohawks that perfect shade of purple, and try to remember how we got sick on beer and the food at Okie Dogs.
